I called several local specialized transmission repair shops and explained that the transmission in my Ford FWD F-150 with 206,000 miles was shuddering and not shifting smoothly when accelerating from a stop. I liked what I heard from RK - they provided an estimate (which was higher than other shops) and timeline to fix the transmission. I chose RK because I figured their estimate was a real cost and not a low-ball number just to get customers in the shop. I picked up the truck this morning - on time and less than a 5% overage in total cost from the original estimate - and a 24,000 mile warranty! I'm very pleased with the service I received at RK - they are exceptional In today's market place of automotive repair shops. Highly recommended!

DK Transmission Service was excellent to work with. They were fair, fast, and thorough throughout the entire process. My truck was towed in on Tuesday, and I was back on the road by Thursday. I especially appreciated that they focused on repairing and servicing my existing transmission rather than trying to upsell me on a replacement.
